Tranquil Group Getaway in Dullstroom
Our Retreat, a peaceful group getaway surrounded by nature, perfectly suited for 6–10 adults. Sleeping arrangements are designed with families in mind and include five comfortable queen beds for adults and seven single beds ideal for children, which can be arranged to suit each family’s needs. The five free-standing chalets ensure privacy while still offering a shared retreat experience with a waterfront view. Please note: weekend bookings require a minimum of 6 adults and a minimum stay of 2 nights.
2026 Rates (Including VAT):
- R5000.00 per night for 6 adults and R825 per person per night extra.
- R6400.00 per night for 8 adults and R800 per person per night extra
- R8000.00 per night for 10 adults
- R400.00 per night for children ages 4-15 years. Discount provided for children from 8 adults and more.
Midweek – Out Of Peak Season Rates (Including VAT):
- Please enquire for our midweek rates – Less than 6 people are accepted
Your experience at Spring Valley Retreat includes complimentary access to fly-fishing in three bodies of water, firewood for cozy evenings, canoeing, hiking trails, and a pet-friendly environment. Our facilities are also equipped with backup generators to ensure a seamless stay.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is available after 2 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. Special arrangements can be made upon request.
Terms and Conditions:
- To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required.
- The balance is to be settled before or upon arrival.
- We accept EFT.
- Children under 15 enjoy a half-price rate.
- No refunds on deposit for cancellation within 30 days
- No refunds are provided for early departures.
- 2 months before stay date: 100% of deposit is refundable.
- 4 weeks or less before your stay date: we are unable to provide a refund, and your deposit will not be refundable.
- For bookings confirmed within 30 days or less prior to the booking date, the deposit of guests will be forfeited in its entirety in the event of a decrease in the number of days /guests.
- Postponements due to personal circumstances are available. Please request our postponement policy.
- Refunds are not processed instantly and may require some time for administration. We appreciate your patience in this regard.
- Bookings may not be rescheduled or postponed based on mere suspicion of potential lockdown restrictions.
- Please be aware that no refunds will be issued if a lockdown situation occurs. These terms and conditions apply, and no exceptions will be made.(T’s and C’s apply).
- Please note that all peak-season bookings are strictly non-refundable.
